Dynamic, and part of the model. Will only come on in winter. You can do this to any locomotive provided you hack the Geometry file and create a seperate set of winter textures. RSC can just do the same from source without all the hacking geometry files. :)

Yes it does and Yes it is ,, and it could have been done quite some time ago ... nothing as good as showing what your product can do , if they keep this up I might see about hitting the [ like ] button .

Loving the breaker bars. I wonder how many non-US railfans think they're antennas. :P

I sure hope they fix the number's on these Dash'9's SP Numbers for these where 8104 to 8189.. Not 4000.

I see today the release date is listed as Nov 25th - just in time for the Thanksgiving frenzy next week :D

Now, if they can just release an update to get it to actually run, all will be good...

!*cheers*!

Nope, they weren't mandatory until 1997 if I remember correct. The Dash 9's had them since they were made in the 90s. The 60s-70s SD40-T2's didn't get them until they were required.

Ditchlights became mandatory after December 31, 1997, when the 40T-2's, 45T-2's, 45's, etc went through the SP GRIP (General Rehabilitation and Improvement Program) (Between 1970 and 1989) program some got ditchlights.
