Just noticed a new folder in all the default routes folders called, "Procedural Scenery". It has Tile files in it.

Interesting...

How do you reboot steam? I got the first download, but I am not getting the big one.

We'll, I just backed up my folder again and decided to give it a go anyway.

Strangely, I did not get the first small download - I'm only getting the second 5.4 GB one, and its downloading incredibly fast! Kinda surprised...its at 1.5mb/sec.

If you don't mind me asking what server are you using for the download, I am using Washington D.C. and it is crapping out on me, but my internet is fine.

I am using Atlanta and not getting anything. The first one wiped me out. I asked how to reboot steam and no answer. I rebooted my computer and when I click on RW I did get a screen that was showing me that it was doing an update. Not this time.

I got the full update the first attempt with no issues. All the rolling stock is back to default, as expected. Honestly I don't know what all the fuss is about.

I tried out Cajon pass, it looks identical to me. None of the physics issues have been addressed, as expected. Everything looks the same as before. None of the track has easements or superelevation, so I don't know what "bringing it up to TS2012 standards" is all about.

Apart from moving a few files around, I have no idea what this update was supposed to achieve. !*don-know!*

Looks like there's a 3rd download!

The 2nd just replaced everything that the first wiped out.

This latest one is roughly 4 times the size of the 2nd.

Will go try it out now....

I can verify that at first glance (load it, edit it, save it, all is good) my route, and my custom locomotives seem unaffected. This seems to have done nothing more in the line of damage than a verify cache. All I have to fix should be customized sounds, horns, coupler slack settings, etc.

Again, strangely, I only had one download. And I can verify it did accomplish what it apparently was supposed to - Barstow to SanBar does look different (not dramatically).
