Loading time seems dependent on how many creators you have selected as active on your check lists. I've also seen that RW is internet/memory intensive and takes longer to load if there is any internet activity other than itself. I've got an AMD 170u and 8gb ram and a stock video card on my eMachine, and most routes load in a minute. It just seems longer when doing development... *!greengrin!*

Try this to reduce loading times. I do it, and mine loads in less that 30 seconds compared to minutes. Before exiting the game clear cache every time.

Fifteen minutes is a long time! I'm far from an expert on PC tweaking, but if at all possible you might want to consider cleaning up your Windows installation. Do you have other programs running such as AV, updaters, Etc. that might be bogging things down? Have you defragged the drive? You might also consider a registry cleaner, but be careful and make backups before changing the registry. I am running RW on a Bootcamp, Windows 7 partition on a 2011 Macbook Pro and RW loads in about a minute. Good luck.

In general, 30 to 50 seconds load time. If it is a route I have not played for a while, maybe 90 seconds. Not long enough to do anything. But my RS install is on an SSD.

Mine takes between 5 and 10 minutes to load. I'll browse YouTube, check my mail, and check RWA while I'm waiting. Or I'll pace back and forth, or make myself a glass of lemonade. When I make the lemonade, I grow the lemons from seed when I start loading RW. By the time I'm done, there is a decent sized tree putting forth a good number of lemons! !*cheers*!
