I'm guessing you're using Chrome?

I was surprised to find out that IE played along fine with the banner and links above, as did Firefox and Opera, while Chrome stuck it's nose up at the layout for a bit, then oddly straightened its act up. !*don-know!*

Using Firefox. This morning it's back to where it belongs. Strange. !*don-know!*

Hi Ed,

FYI: Using FIrefox, I get the banner as you show in your screenshot but only on the first page. If I open a thread or, as shown on top in this "Add Reply" page, it is shown as enclosed.

Hawk, just so you know its still working fine for me *!greengrin!*

Chrome - 9.0.587.0 dev

For everyone else, I was seeing the same left side issue, but it corrected itself somehow.

The marquee color will change every time it's updated. It will swap back and forth between the green and the maroonish color.
I figure it will help catch people's attention better that way instead of being the same color all the time.
