Hi Mike,

Which repaint was it supposed to be?

You have to follow the readme installation guide very carefully, and make sure that, after creating the root folder for the new roadname, you copy the engine from ATN Weathered and the tender from "ATN on Tender" (not from ATN Weathered ... the reskins rely on having ConsolidationTenderNoSideNumbers.GeoPcdx in the Tender folder). Copy the texture folders too. The last step is to unpack the rwp, which will overwrite the files you've already copied.

From the looks of it, you might have missed out step 4:

Copy the contents of

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\Smokebox\Consolidation\RailVehicles\Steam\Consolidation\ATN Weathered\Tender\textures

to

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\Smokebox\Consolidation\RailVehicles\Steam\Consolidation\(new roadname)\Tender\textures

I'd love to see someone else do some repaints.

Changing road names is really easy. It's a lot harder to change the body colour though. It is relatively easy to change the colour of the doors and windows, and the striping.

I should point out that it uses the non-HUD version, so if you do open the F4 HUD, it'll interfere with some of the controls, like turning off the injector water if you happened to have it open (that one used to catch me out, but I've got out of the habit of selecting the HUDs).
