600mm (2ft) Narrow Gauge anyone?

Unread postby GreatNortherner » Sun Nov 21, 2010 9:15 am

Hi,

I just found a Czech 2ft narrow gauge route under development, with a some teeny-tiny rail tractors and hoppers too. !*brav*! I don't want to hotlink any screenshots that aren't mine, so I can only give you the link to the route's thread in the Czech RW forum. The pictures there speak for themselves. The route appears to be a model of a real-world quarry shortline in the karst mountains south of Prague, Czech Rep.

And a historical society of the real world quarry: http://www.solvayovylomy.cz/index.php?polozka=skanzen

Cheers!

2ft would be brilliant especially as it is the most common type of narrow gauge out there. Look superb. Can't wait.
