They appear to be legit when I purchased a route in a previous sale you got a key so that you could register the route on STEAM and have access to the community workshop scenarios etc and I guess updates, I wouldn't buy if there is no key for a particular route.

Yeah, they're totally legit. I got a couple of things through them in the past and you just activate on Steam. No need to download separately.

Worked fine for me. The Green Men only sell you a Steam Activation Code, so the actual process of installing and maintaining the DLC is being handled by Steam as usual. It all worked without any delay too.

I was able to pick up a couple things yesterday but, the sale is off now. Don't know if the coupon still works.
