hmmmm Should I buy switcher sw1500 or shouldn't I buy?...

I don't like putting rolling stock on the track. I like to move them around and hook them up to my steam engines. Like a yardmaster.

Hell yeah! One of the better RSC locomotives. If you wait a couple of months though, you can get the summer/J4 sale.

That was easter sale. Next will be 4th of July sale. Kind of a long way. Got 90 bucks now. I might buy before the sale starts.

The SW 1500 is a great switching engine, but you mentioned that you like steam switching. As far as I know, RW's DLC list does not include a steam-powered switcher, although there are several good British choices.

Britkits has 0-6-0 and 0-8-0 USRA switchers. However, he has never upgraded them to current standards. No working headlights, etc.

I'll take the 1500. Seems to me I can be able to move the cars around the yard without stepping out of the cab.

Just stick with the MP SW1500. It has correct physics.
