converting issues

ok i had my bmp converted back to a dds, now how do i get that dds to a tgcpx (or watev its called)?

Use 'RSBinTool.exe' utility for the converting from DDS to TgPcDx. PapaXpress recommended it highly to me and I repeat the recommendation.

Be aware that RSBinTool has a curious quirk...You must have a .TgPcDx file already open in the utility for the 'DDSTool' tab to show on the Menu Bar. The .dds file Export and Import functions are hiding in the DropDown for DDSTools tab. I spent several hours puzzling that issue out till I finally discovered the "trick".
