Yes Gerard, but I tried all the various builds to see if that would correct it. None of them did. I'm thinking I've got a Win7 anomaly but have no idea what it is?

Humm yes strange behavior display.

Perhaps graphics drivers to be updated or something like that or NET framework 3.5 staying without necessary updates. On this side Windows Update should update your NET things automaticaly when detected if any.

I don't know why this occur on your display. In your case it is very strange.

Does it happens with other application or other windows ?

No, just this API bitmap. No problem with anything else in RW2013.

Chris as I never encountered the anomaly you get I stay a bit dry to be able helping you on the right way as so many things could influence this strange behavior display.

I don't think the cause is the API soft because I don't get that also no more others API users are reported such thing on the UKTS forum.

The only advice that I can give you is to post on the UKTS forums directly into Joystick API interface thread (at the whole bottom at the home forums page). I hope Cadde could help you.

Let us know if you have found a solution if any.

Best regards
Gerard

Take a look at the attached screenshot. Any idea why I am getting over lapping bitmaps on the gauges? I've tried different "builds" but I can't get the normal single bitmaps.

Thanks
Chris

Yea he's got the first version. Didn't you follow my instructions? I provided that link on youtube. You need build 5 not 1 !*cheers*!. Not a mean person to !!bang!! *!greengrin!*

Hi *!!wink!!*

Glad to know you get another TQ : one TQ for Throttle, Reverser and Train Brakes and another one for Dynamics Brakes and Loco Brake.

The last lever on the second TQ I never used it because in Joystick API interface it is assigned to Gears but not working for this. For gear up and down I use only a TQ button for that.

With 2 TQ's I assigne only 5 levers into Joysitck API and leave the rest on Saitek Profiler assignement principaly buttons and run Saitek Profiler soft running as well as Joystick API in background.
The whole works very well.

Ha I bet lol !!*ok*!!

To tell you all I am not leaving railworks over Run 8. The reason why

#1 I cannot afford to buy Raildriver
#2 Run 8 doesn't support the controls but I did find another software Joystick to keyboard. I have 2 joysticks and they only work *!rolleyes!* Throttles won't work very well...trust me I tried that on msts and it was !*not-ok*!

Hopefully Run 8 will support my throttles in the future or someone will make a software similar to caddy's api then I will enjoy running both with my throttles. !!*ok*!! if not, then I have no other choice but to buy Raildriver. !*don-know!*
