Okay thanks to everyone who had replied I now understand. I will just have to run each Route as they are Thanks again guys cheers.

What if I merged the Pacific Surfliner with the Cajon Pass Mojave Route the one from Otto Thomas Route?

For the Pullman-Otto version you would need to complete the route from either Palmdale to Pasadina to Los Angles. Or for both Pullman-Otto or RSC versions you would need to complete the route from San Bernadino to Riverside to Los Angles in order to connect with the Surfliner.
