Will the external prograam 'Game Booster' help my laptop frame rate.

I have been reading about an external program called "Game Booster" and I am thinging about puttinng it on my laptop and was wondering if I will get better frame rates if I do.

Yes it helps by shutting down a bunch of programs that are running in the background and not necessary to the game.

It will help especially if you have relatively little ram. Most of the processes it shuts down are cached processes that aren't truly running and is such more a ram booster than a game booster. It will provide results but it won't blow you away either.

Thanks for the information; I will try it this week-end if I get a chance.

I'm so close to getting Fort Kent to work well (only the fort kent yard is studdering and not very bad at that).

I will try most anything that doesn't cost me money *!lol!* .

I have been using it for about a year and it does make a noticable difference.
