SD70ACe alerter?

SD70ACe alerter?

so the SD70's from RSC dont have an alerter that will go off if you dont do anything for an extended period of time but boy does it ever scream at you if you go over 70mph.....found that out in a speed run and is it ever annoying!

Actually haven't played with them enough to notice. As for the speed alerter being annoying? It's supposed be on a freight locomotive considering the sheer tonnage behind it compared to a passenger train. Also... you really don't want a 6-axle locomotive running above 75-80mph unless it has a radial truck. Otherwise it's gonna eat into the rail head something nasty at high speed in curves. That increases the chance of derailment. *!!wink!!*
