TS2013 basic question

TS2013 basic question

Would anyone be able to tell me if the boxed version of TS2013 actually installs into Steam entirely from the dvd? Or is it like Skyrim, which requires you to download 80% of the game from Steam?

I do not know about TS2013 DVD, but when I originally purchased Railworks 1 on DVD, it all download from Steam while activating the product. The DVD is basically worthless. But I do not know about TS2013's DVD.

I had this same issue with Skyrim. There is a way to force it to use the DVD:

It worked for Skyrim but I got Railworks directly from Steam.
