10 year olds don't ya mean....... !*roll-laugh*!

I can't really understand why RSC would write that they can't guarantee to build whatever route is voted for the most, in any of the sections, seems a pointless article really in that case, they must be bored down in RSC Towers.

No, the poll is very real. It's a great resource to finding what would be a viable sales choice at RSC. right now Mullan is most popular. Contrary to what you think, I suggested that we do it 20 years ago during the BN and MRL operation days, rather than seeing Dash 9s everywhere.

True. I second that. However, I bet RSC is trying to come up with something that would be decent enough with the rolling stock whic is available right now.

RSC presence in Facebook is big, I belong to their page. I usually read RSC's page everyday to see anything that maybe up and comming that would interest me. The only interests lately is their posts and screen shots of the Donner Pass fix. All the stuff for Great Britton and Europe I care less on. When I get home to access Facebook I will check it out. In my opinion, I suggest if you want to have input to RSC, then Join Facebook.

Again people, none of these USA route might may never happen from RW. Lets look forward to the many "half finished" routes that are close to being
offered to us by the many talented developers on this forum. Only a handfull have come from the "W.I.P." to something I can run a consist on.
You have my support to any new USA route that comes from months of threads to a final product. And there have only been a couple.
Payware or freeware. Your time is important. Lets finish these routes I read about over and over, Thanks.

Here is my clarification. My post was meant with a bit more humor and less malice that it may have been interpreted. I used to be on FB. I do love to participate in polls,I am in 7 Yahoo groups for example, and there are always polls regarding something. My concern, that has been echoed by others,is that Railworks is on a course to be "dumbed down",by adding a controller designed for "shooter" games, frustrating developers, and doing voting by FB,instead of sending out a poll via email to registered users. That is what many software companies still do. I am 51,and been in simming over 10 years. I am not blasting FB users,I hate for anyone to take it that way. (My wife and I have a joint page, but I consider it hers) Its my feeling that RSC places TOO much emphasis on it,that's all I am saying. There were no routes that were proposed that I was interested in this time around. I DO want to see RW asking for customer input. So sorry if my edgy sense of humor caused any blood pressure spikes.

For about a hundredth time, everyone needs to take a deep breath. This is a poll looking for opinion, not a binding referendum. Come on folks just offer your opinion on what you want not on whether they are serious, or whether they will listen, or whether they will do your favorite route, or whether they will do the opposite to spite you or whatever.

I'd like to see it taken one step even farther.......backwards,like almost 40 years ago when the BN was a brand new railroad. The "rainbow trains" with all that beautiful 2nd generation power from all three major manufacturers. When the "gevo of the 70's" was introduced. The EMD SD40-2. Big U boats, massive Alco Centuries, and those distinctive SD45 radiators ruled the rails! Now THAT would make Mullan Pass an awesome route indeed.

But I can almost certainly guarantee you that will never happen.

"But I can almost certainly guarantee you that will never happen."

Why is that? Even if they don't if they create the route the community can do the rest can't they?
