Steam Workshop scenarios and RW_Tools

I've downloaded a few scenarios from the Steam Workshop. I think this is a good feature. I see some of our own here at RA have contributed.

I've gotten a couple, though, that require assets I don't have. I've tried finding them in RW_Tools in order to swap those out, but I don't seem to have any luck at that. They are not included under the route, it appears.

Any ideas about how to swap out stock in these Steam Workshop scenarios?

Worse, there are scenarios I've loaded that require DLC that isn't even available to buy on Steam, like the 56XX or the Class 08. This is DLC that was for sale and people have bought, but isn't for sale now. I can't load the scenario without the DLC and I can't change the needed DLC to something I do have. Pretty much bonkers, I'd say.
