how to install a reskin

i im sure this has been asked before but i couldn't find a answer that worked for me. downloaded a skin pack and this is the redme

SOO Line SD40-2 10 pack
-----------------------
10 clean repaints of the (new RW3/TS2012) SD40-2 in Soo liveries of all sorts. You get five traditional red nosed
"Hockey Stick" units, three red "Candy Apple" units, and two red nosed "Hockey Stick" units with the parallelogram
logo. The grand total of SD40-2's ordered by the SOO comes to 57, but, they aqcuired many more from the Milwaukee Road
when they bought it. Most were bought without dynamic brakes, but over time, many were retrofitted. I tried to keep that
aspect true and paint only units that had dynamics, but the units with the parallelogram logo wouldn't have had them
when in that paint scheme. Repaints by Erik (Shicoe30) Shicotte.


Install
-------
Unzip to wherever you want and use the in-game package manager.

well that didnt helo me much i found the sd40-2 folder and just placed the folder there and nothing happened. anyone have any advise on how i can get this to work

As it says under "Install" just unzip the file and install using Package Manager (which is now inside of the Utilities folder. Make a desktop shortcut to the Utilities.exe)

ok i found the utilities program, used the package installer so im assuming it installed it, but now i cant find the skins anywhere in the game

You need to look in the folders and see if there are GeoPcDx files in there . If not copy them from default and paste them in there. Usually when addons don't show up there is no Geo file in the new folder.
