Ah, good point Chris. I basically use two programs for entertainment. MS FSX and RW2013. I could be wrong, but I think FSX only uses a single core and I don't know what RW2103 uses. I'm not a "gamer" but am willing to try a program that definetly uses multiple cores to see if this mod works. Any (Free Programs) suggestions?

Nope Miata,
In your first shot it's set wrong, should be disable 100 | disable 100 (if you have a laptop). The way is set you are enableing the parking thing for all CPUs (or Threads), all will be parked untill really necessary. Try this (set to disable |100), if not work I'll post shots of my configuration.
