Norfolk Southern SD40-2 HighNose Missing?

I can't find the Norfolk Southern SD40-2 HighNose; either in my game, in my folder structure or for sale on Steam. Links to buy it from RS.com go to a dead page on steam saying it cannot be found. Also means the 'Hopper Low Sided Gondola' is missing, both required for my 'The Cardinal' scenario pack.

Are there any statements from RSC about content being removed and why?

Checked mine too. The folders are there but many of the files are missing. !*hp*!
If God had intended for man to fly, He wouldn't have given us the railroads.
