Posted on the Rail Simulator website tonight -

http://www.railsimulator.com/newsdetail.php?Ref=433

I was left scratching my head with so many questions still unanswered and plenty of new ones forthcoming.

Anyway, who's for buying the TS2013 Standard edition with 4 routes included, for $29.99, and TS2013 Deluxe edition with 3 routes included for $45.99???

The way that reads is if you buy the standard version and then the German route on it's own you'll get more routes for the same cost. If thats the case then work out the logic in it if you can !*don-know!*

I already have 3 out of the 4 scenarios from the standard version, so I will just take the auto upgrade and buy Sherman Hill when it becomes available.
They don't say what happens if you already have the titles that come with TS2013 and you buy it anyway. Do we get credit for future purchases or is it just tough luck? I would think that a large majority of people bought those titles at the last sale. That's when I got them.

Though luck. But if you already own all the titles, it makes no sense to buy TS2013 again.
If you don't own them, it may end up cheaper to buy TS2013 than to buy them separately.
Sherman Hill will probably cost around 40$ at full price, so it would be cheaper to buy TS2013 at 30$.
But if you wait for the December sale, then you'll probably get SH for 20$ or less.

Chacal:

That's what I will do. I can wait until the next sale. I have tons of stuff I haven't even run yet, so it's not a rush to get it.
