Ghost Update from Steam?

Unread postby Noel » Thu Sep 13, 2012 6:47 am

I just got an update from Steam and now everything from the US Rail Simulator is gone. Everything is in the perspective folders, it's just it is not showing up in the game. Everything, like my US freight cars, ES44ACs, and SD40-2s, and the US Objects and textures. I am wandering what happened. !*don-know!*

I did try a verify game cache and it didn't work. I only validated 170 files. I don't want to have to re-install Railworks 3. !*not-ok*
EDI: Got another update and everything was fixed. Weird. !*cheers*!

What do you mean by "perspective folders"?

Like, when my ES44ACs disappeared, everything was in the RailSimulatorUS/railvehicles/Diesel/ES44 folder.
Same goes for my SD40-2s, everything was in the RailSimulatorUS/Railvehicles/Diesel/SD40-2 folder.

Hmm it may just be me but could someone see if the couplings still pull out of the sockets? because they no longer do so for me at least
