Floating Caboose

Unread postby valleyforge » Fri Apr 27, 2012 4:25 am

Hi,

I have the NG Durango & Silverton route and made a consist with a Caboose on the end it, when i went to run it i found the Caboose was floating above the track, i went back into the WE and put in just the K27 loco and the Caboose, when i went to the track the Caboose was on the track as normal until i clicked on the K27 to run it, the Caboose was back floating again,

Any help would be appreciated as i have not come across this before with any stock,

Cheers,

Roger.

Roger, have you tried clearing the blueprint cache? Tools and Docs tab on the RW launch screen (BEFORE you click Start)

There is a thread about this with a coal drag. I think Kali and someone else fixed it by tightening up the couplers. I wonder believe in another thread that changing over to the Britkits freeware couplers would fix this, but you would lose the ability to manual uncouple.

Hi,

Well i had already cleared the cache as i do every time i install anything,

Perhaps it might get a fix if others have the same problem,

Thanks for the replies,

Roger.
