Looks like there's some decent DEM for the area. Must 1/3 by the looks. I have to finish up the track on my route and send my computer away to have the DVD drive replaced in the next week or so, then I'll have a look at getting it under way. It would only take a week or so to get the track down if it's just going to be prototypical.

If they are vintage buildings I'll build some and add them to my packs if you can get me some reference photo's. I'll send you the buildings as I finish them.

Besides, if it was going to be a payware route I'd rather not participate in it. Will build assets for a freeware route, but would rather verre away from a payware route at the moment.

I would be happy to build some buildings for the route, but someone else can place them.

The most important textures I'll need though are the windows and doors, as straight as possible. Wall textures will also help. And you can also use Google Earth to get pictures as well if you have to.

Hi mdurdan,

How much hours has your day? 30? 32?! !*lho*! I wish my day would have 27 at least....

Once your route is fictional, don't forget to add a semi-abandoned track/siding/spur like this.... *!!wink!!* *!lol!*

Unfortunately I know for a fact that he's still in school, so he has less days and time then even myself. I tried to start building a route but simply gave up on it because I just didn't have the time to build assets and build a route.

Mike,
What you are showing in the maps I would think is a good start. Does the Reading, Blue Mountain and Northern run in that area?
If I ever went into route building I was looking at the old B&O Wheeling-Pittsburgh sub (W&P), WHich is presently used by the Allegheny Valley Railroad (AVR).

Don't suppose you'd consider extending your southeast line over the summit down to East Stroudsburg and the Delaware Water Gap using the old DL&W line? That's a run I would enjoy greatly, the DL&W being a long-time favorite fallen flag.

Of course I'd also like to see Hoboken through the Cutoff to E. Stroudsburg, so obviously I'm a dreamer. :)
