P42-F40 question

I downloaded the P42DC from steam a few months ago. Love the locomotive and superliner cars! I was wondering if its possible to allow locomotive that appear only in Career/Standard scenarios to play or run in Free roam? If its possible, are there tutorials on how this can be done?

Also, Ive been looking for the original model of the F40PH. Ive found tons of reskins for it.

Search the Railworks America file library for davveb-Amtrak_EMD_F40PH for the F40PH. If you edit one of the freeroam scenarios you can place any locomotives you have in your collection. There are turorials in this forum for it's so basic you should have a play around yourself because it's a good way to learn about the editor.
