It is still being made:

There are some issues with RW 2012 such as the throttle losing calibration with the simulator on some locos and somewhat inconsistently. It works perfectly with some. I have exchanged emails with PI Engineering on numerous occasions about it. They claim it is a RW 2012 problem and they are working with them to fix it. The Raildriver worked perfectly with previous versions of RW. I have no idea when the problem will be corrected. I for one really like the Raildriver but the problems that have occurred with the current version of RW get a bit annoying.

I used the Raildriver on Windows 7 32 and 64 bit with no problems on the previous versions of RW.

There are many posts here on RWA, search for "Raildriver"... including a recent tweak to minimize the throttle issue with Win 7. I've changed to Win 7 two weeks ago, and I can say that there is some especific few problems (only related to some few TS2012's engines) with Win XP.
