Mark You Calendars, The second Saturday in April 2012, Folkston, GA Railwatch 2012, I will be there with what i complete of the route done to that point, may even offer route building demos or something - if you dont know where Folkston is, US1 45 Minutes North of Jacksonville, FL very easy to find

80-100 trains in a 24 Hour period - worth the trip

there will be a bunch of activities and a roast pig on Saturday

Do have to agree - the Pacific is a large puddle to cross. Not a great fan of 15-18 hours in the tube, especially for dismals.

One day I'll go by boat. So if you're from Oz, you must be able to model Australia's standard gauge using US stuff. Are there any Ozzy Railworks websites?

Send some of them trains up this way. That's the same day that Dalton, Ga will be celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Great Locomotive Chase. I've gotta work, hope ya'll have fun!
