New version Saprks Reno

Hi! I've just up-loaded Version 2.1 which is a stand-alone route. This completes the East/West SPRR line, with the exception of signalling and some scenicing in sparse areas. The line from Reno to Reno Junction will be completed in subsequent versions. This should be in the library just as soon as Hawk has had time to deal with it. Cheers; Chuck F.
