Someone else suggested a while back, RSC needs a PR person. Between this Forum, the Steam Forum (yes, there are a lot of people there) UKTS, it's a lot to keep track of. Now VORA, cripes, I have 12 tabs open in Firefox all the time.

Paul, I know y'all are doing your best and man (and/ or women) power is stretched thin, just want you to know, thru all my nay saying, y'all are doing a great job. I'll save a pint of sparkling cider for you. !!*ok*!!

Noticed something about the Dash 9 images that are posted on facebook...

Shouldnt the unit numbers be in the 8100 - 8200 range, not 4000 range? Didnt we already have this same problem with the NS Dash 9s...?

i just downloaded donnor today, and took a brief tour, and of course the graphics are far superior to msts. i feel it was worth the $19.95 i paid. looking forward to many happy hours running trains across donnor pass.

All I can say about Donner Pass is that like every other RSC product I've purchased, for every improvement and inovation it has made over previous routes, it also fails to take advantage of improvements and inovations of previous routes. For example, long slow climb in the forest actually gave me a thrill I haven't had since my first time over the Marias Pass in MSTS, but has the same lack of easement in gradient that MSTS did... and that was ten years ago! Are developers afraid to work together to create some consistency and overall foward movement in route design?

Posted today on Facebook by RSC.

RailSimulator.com
Donnner Pass.

As hopefully you all know by now, we value your opinions on all aspects of our products and community including feedback on the additional content we make for Train Simulator 2012. We have received some feedback on the recent Donner Pass add-on, and it is clear that a few things have snuck pass our testing processes. We're going to fix these issues as soon as possible.

We will ...do these fixes in two stages. First, this weekend we will work on the visual errors that crept in. Then, later in December, we will fix the issues reported in the tracks (we need a bit more time to check these fixes as there is a potential to require rework of the scenarios and follow on testing).

We appreciate your patience and understand the frustration caused when products don’t meet expectations. Rest assured that we're working to improve our testing so we make the best possible add-ons for Train Simulator 2012.

Finally a message of RSC. Let's hope they can fix all major issues.

We'll see. QA has always been a problem of RSC.

They should let a few of us here do some beta testing. (free, not paid like we already do) We can get RSC fixed up! !!*ok*!!

I think that is a great idea. They have a good pool of folks over here to choose from if they decided to go that route.

I notice RSC showed up to tout the product and where are they now.

Really? Could have fooled me. More to the point your statement is incorrect. Adam was on the forum earlier today.
