I am halfway through (about 16:55 pm), heading for Balmar Grain Load 1. AI 6714 and AI 7624 are stalled at red lights, but worse than that the dispatcher has me routed to Settle IP Branch instead of Balmar Grain Load 1.

You have to basically ignore that blue path. It is inaccurate and has been ever since I started RW. you do not have to follow that path exactly. Perform manual switches to your location and you will achieve a completed activity. Lastly I implemented Speed limits to the route so now everything should be working. I havent tested this yet. but if it works i will release immediately, this will also correct the other scenarios and stallouts in there too.

OK added in speed limits in the portion of the route I am using for my scenarios which is most of the route:). When I come up with scenarios for the north end of the route(ARGO YARD) I will put in the remaining speed limits there. Uploading the new Seattle switcher which works increadibly well now! The mainline is crawling with life now finally. and this fixes all stalled out AI's on every scenario!

It will be available shortly.

Have fun

Well I have just the scenario for you:

New: SEATTLE SWITCHER. Your gonna spend the afternoon switching out the interbay yards and balmer yards crossing the mainline with plenty of traffic!

Inlcudes permanent speed limits which fixes all AI issues, including previous scenarios! Just tested and I completed it in 1 hours and 10 mins. Paths work fine as well now.
Available at eyein12.blogspot.com Stock included there is a payware stock version and a freeware stock version in the pack.

Thanks

Has anyone completed Part 3 of the switching?

I cannot get into the Loading track 5 from either end as all juntions are locked by UP7736.

Got Part 3 completed by deleting offending consist in RW Tools.

What a scenario - sure I see sawed back and forth through various detours unnecessarily. Also took a couple of wrong turns but completed all tasks in the end!
