Pretty impossible to reskin the characters unless you have the modeling software on hand.

Since this is an opinion forum, I just want to note that I can't think of anything I'd rather not do than become an RW character.

Changing the clothes is not that difficult, but changing the face really is. I've tried and failed massively Applied some company logos to the workmen though for yard operations, looks fine.
