TGT files

Unread postby mindenjohn » Thu Mar 26, 2026 12:48 pm

Could someone please write a .Bat file that deletes all files in TSC Assets with a .tgt suffix. I used to know how to wite a DOS file but have forgotten. I found that I have some folders plagued with .TGT files which serve no useful purpose and are taking up a lot of storage. I can delete them manually, if I live long enough!!, but I would like to actually use the assets.

Rename the extension from .txt to bat. You'll have to edit the file and add your path to Railworks after SET RW= .
(This isn't my file. Someone else posted it somewhere.)

Clear .TGT files.txt
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Thanks Mike
Wonderful, 5 mins (including altering the file to my Railworks location) but saved umpteen hours!
