Guys when were these two routes made US customers only?

Cajon Pass was on the original Railworks so about 2010. Marias Pass release date 11th April 2013.

Don't know the answer to when Cajon and Marias Pass disappeared but you can still buy the original Cajon expansion on DVD through Amazon - might/should work, but this is pre Steam so the install path would have to be worked out, or installed to the standard location then dragged across.
