File is Invalid??

So I am trying to download the Pennsylvania Steam route here: https://railworksamerica.com/index.php/ ... collection Every time I click the Download button and accept the terms, it doesn't download anything. All it does is basically open a new tab of the same link. and a blue "File is Invalid" message appears at the top of the screen. I tried downloading the scenario pack and a few other items and there were no errors. Does anyone know if there is a way to fix this, or if they could even send me the RWP file? It looks like a very nice route and any help would be appreciated.

I know I saw it right after I made this lol, its taken down temporarily. Cant believe I missed it by a day
