WeatherEP\Environment\Weather

Unread postby cnbalasub » Tue Nov 26, 2019 10:49 am

I am not sure where to find .ap file of WeatherEP\Enviroment\Weather. This message showed me that I had a missing file after check the scenario in RW_Tools. I did look up in Assets Folder and don't see any like this.

The error message said below:

Weather

Assets\AP\WeatherEP\Environment\Weather

Any idea with this .ap file?

It should be in Railworks\Assets\AP\WeatherEP\Environment\Weather,
or maybe Railworks\Assets\AP\WeatherEP\Environment.

Thank you Chacal for your reply but I think that is a payware file from Armstrong Sky & Weather Enhancement Pack which is around $15.39 US dollars. More likely that is the one but I could be wrong.

If it's in a .ap file RWTools won't find it. However if it is in AP as in Armstrong Powerhouse it should be there in your Assets folder.

Thank you Buzz and I don't have that folder, Armstrong Powerhouse in my ASSETS Folder. Am I correct that this is not a freeware file and have to purchase through Armstrong Powerhouse site.

Thank you again,

Yes you are correct
You would need to purchase the Sky & Weather Enhancement Pack from AP

https://www.armstrongpowerhouse.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=36_88&product_id=197
There is a chance you can get the scenario to work by substituting the AP weather pattern , for one you do have, using either RW Tools scenario editor or the TS2020 in game scenario editor.

Thank you John for your reply and I see that. I am going to have to learn how to change the weather in RW_Tools to replace the weather that the route have.
