Swap the whole train with other rolling stock

Last night I decided to swap the whole train for the route of Raton Pass and the scenario is Hotshot Detour. And the train is 991. First I did converted the scenario from Career to Standard. Then I swap all six locomotives from Dash8-40BW to ET44AC's repaints with 3 ATSF C40dash8 ATSF and 3 ATSF_Patched C40dash8 and RP Spine Cars Load to TTAX Spine Cars (Repaints). The cars are matched with the numbers from RP Spine Cars Load to TTAX Spine Cars. And here is for example what I did is to swap RP Spine Car B Load 3 to RP TTAX Spine Car B COFC3. And this part was done with all locomotives and rolling stock swapped and save the scenario. Then go over to Train Simulator 2020 and selected the route with Raton Pass and the same scenario with new rolling stock. I don't see the train with 991 in the siding at all. Did I do something wrong with this scenario or forgot to do something before go over to Train Simulator 2020 to simulate after the rolling stock swap. I am not sure what should I do after swap the cars but did save the new scenario with swapped rolling stock in RW_Tools. Let me know something else that I missed before run the new scenario on the program of Train Simulator 2020.

Were there any decals to enable?

I am not sure what you mean the decals are enabled? But I did check to see TTAX Spine Cars enabled with " JL ' on the right pane in Scenario Editor. And they are and not sure why still not show in Train Simulator 2020?
