I've always used NewEgg. Never have used TigerDirect. I've just heard of it.
Thanks for the heads up on them Chris. !!*ok*!!

Yeah, I've used NewEgg a few times and haven't really had much problem with them.

Except, about half-a-year ago when I decided to upgrade to a new graphics-card, the first one I ordered from them was DOA.
It was a defective card. Dead.

But, no worries, I was able to send it back and got a refund (all instructions for returning a defective item was on their site and in your account for what items you've ordered).
Then after I was refunded, I ordered a different (better model) card from them that has been working good in this old computer system of mine.

So other than the bit of hassle of returning the defective card for that order, and of course the bit of extra waiting time involved because of it, the few other times I've ordered anything from NewEgg it went ok.

Newegg definitely is a great site. Great service. I personally prefer NCIX up here in Canada, though. With their price match, you could make an awesome computer cost a lot less. Like an i7 99x costing $999.99 CAD instead of the $1049.99 posted.
They exist everywhere. You may not see them, but they're there. Awww yeeeaaaahhhh, 20% Cooler! /)
