Sound file installation file help!

I am having problems installing sound files. I know that I am not the most computer literate person in the world and that is my problem and shortfall. I have Windows 10 and RW 2014 v66.1b. I cannot seem to find out how to install the SD40 sound files as well as the SD70ACe sound enhancement files. I have had a couple of people look at it with no good results. I really would like to be able to learn and install these. Any help would b appreciated. I would need very detailed info though. I am patient and any help could be posted here or in a PM. You can even PM me a phone number (I know that may seem weird) and help me sort through it. Thank you so very much. The custom sounds add so much to the sim and I would love to learn this so that I may make my sim even better.

What specific sound files are you referring to?

These; SD70 Volume 2 Sound Enhancement, EMD 710 Sound Enhancement Pack, &, EMD SD40 Sound Pack. All of them are in the file library. This is a little over my head.
