EMD_SDP40F_Physics_&_Sound_Mod.zip - no author info

Here we go again. EMD_SDP40F_Physics_&_Sound_Mod.zip has an & in it. You can not use this character in your file name as the site thinks it is a virus. When you use a &, you do not get the form to give your info, name, handle, file name and a short description of the upload. This file has none of this, nor is the author's name in the readme. Who ever you are, the is file will not be posted until I know who you are. There are a lot of quirky people watching our site to make sure someone is not using their files. Please, who ever you are read the upload procedures post and follow them.
