What is Editor??

I have seen the word with " Editor " online in different forums or on google search. I wasn't sure what is that mean but have a feeling that Editor is the same thing with " Build " in Train Simulator 2018 or less. Am I correct about this. If not then tell me what is " Editor "?

Yes, the Editor is in the Build tab.

It's also where you go if you hit the little arrow button down in the lower right hand corner of the screen after you hit escape and then world editor. Ti really give your question meaning you need to give it some context.
