Surely I'm overlooking something, but it seems I cannot find the PS-1 40ft Boxcar Pack which is needed for several 40ft boxcars repaint. Could somebody point me into the right direction please?

I think what he's talking about is the original file needed for the boxcars in the library here, which I think can be found at Dick's site http://dickyjim.com/ but I'm not sure which kit is needed.
