Looking for DTG F40PH-3C locomotive

I am not sure where to get that locomotive with " DTG F40PH-3C " to run on some scenarios. Yes I do have the other locomotives with DTG F40PH in the folder of DTG\F40PH2Pack01 in the Assets Folder. I am not sure about this DTG F40PH3C locomotive is a repaint or another payware from DTG through Steam. Let me know about this.

Swap the loco for the default F40PH using RW Tools.

This is a WS route and scenario, route New York Division Croxton Ordinary and scenario Norfolk Southern HO7. It is very graphics intensive as it would always crash my computer after a few seconds. I lowered the main graphics setting to medium and after all the graphics had loaded (about 30 seconds or more) I set off. Got about halfway and the scenario froze. There are two instances of the loco missing in the ops first post and I swapped them out with the default version. I shall give this one a miss and delete it from my WS installations. This would get the thumbs down for me.
