You add an emitter as a child object - to see how this works, just look at a steam engine blueprint. The XYZ coordinate values are the last three-but-one lines in the position matrix ( you will see what that is when you look at it ), I will leave adding child objects to blueprints as something for further study, but you can do it all in a text editor.
