NJT Coastline with the M&E?

So I've had the Coastline for a while now. I got a notice of a sale to get the Arrow III MU's and the Coastline with the M&E extension. Now after the install it shows on the list as 2 separate routes. Is this correct?

You will have one install of the original "North Jersey Coast Line" route. And you will have a separate install of the "North Jersey Coast & Morristown Lines" route, the latter of which includes the combined NJCL and Morristown Lines.
