Strange new "Route" on Library - Homestead. PA

Very strange new upload just appeared in the Library. Homestead, PA. No notes, guidance, or information. Tiny file (180kb download), just has three or four lengths of track, not interconnected, with a small settlement taking shape and a river and small lake - otherwise no scenery, all flat, no ground texture!

What's that about??!! Can't see anything about it in any posts.

Just put it up an hour ago. Thought it was kinda small. Unfortunately I do not have time to try out each upload. So can I take it that this file is no good? He uploaded it twice.

Pretty much, perhaps someone else can confirm, I see it has 12 other downloads (more likely out of curiosity!). Looks like something he played around with to experiment (I have several "routes" like that, LOL!).

But I would hate to offend him because I misunderstood it! I searched the forum in case there has been a post about it, but nope.
