Question about the NS SD40 pack/Ohio Steel

I'm thinking of getting the Ohio Steel route, which, as I'm sure most of you know, comes with the high-hood SD40-2. But does it come with the various freight cars that were in the separate SD40 pack? If it doesn't, do I still have to pay full price for the SD40 pack just to get the cars?

Yes it includes the full SD40 Hignose pack including all wagons as described here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/24051/
But only if you buy it on Steam, not if you get it directly from allaboard.com. Thus the engine is never used in any of the scenarios on that route.

I knew the route included the locomotive, but I didn't know whether of not it included the whole pack. Thanks for clearing it up.
