Need help installing the Burlington Northern E8s

Unread postby ShadowSteel18 » Fri Oct 07, 2016 9:49 pm

So I've had the Britkit E8 packs for awhile now and have tried to install the BN E8s at least twice. Both time the locomotive wouldn't show up. Not only that but I can't seem to get the CloneMe.bat to work at all. Either I have done something wrong or something is busted. I just hope that it is something I am doing because I got the BN E8s so I could use them on the Chicago Race Track Route but if I can't get them to work I can't make any scenarios for here.

There is a whole long thread about including I believe how to fix this. Try looking it up using the search. If you can't find it check back here.

I am not exactly sure if this is the thread but I found something here: viewtopic.php?f=29&t=14460&p=163951&hilit=Burlington+Northern#p163951

I have everything they say in the thread in the right place and yet it still refuses to show up in game. It seems to be a texture problem too. The locomotive is listed in the game but the textures are not there. If you could help me that would be nice. I would hate to dig up an dead thread that has had nothing posted to it for over a year.

Thank you very much. The BN units are working now. However I now have four different BN E8s, two of them are working the other two are not. I'll mess around with the non-working E8s to see if I can remove them. Hopefully I will be able recreate the classic Dinky Parade sometime in the near future.

Mine are called BN1 if you go into the Brikit folder.
