Sean Bean has a Sheffield accent. This guy doesn't.

I should mention that I'm English, so it's easier for me to distinguish between the plethora of British regional accents.

Actually, he a Scottish actor, and my source at DTG confirms that it's not Sean Bean.

He's done voice-acting for video games (I recognise him from one of them that I've played).
