Question about the time of the day

I have a question to ask about one scenario that run on the route of Solider Summit.The scenario is Morning Food Train. The simulation start at 7 a.m. in the morning at the starting point. My question is that at 7 a.m. is completely dark and the season is not winter probably spring or summer or fall. Even after almost 50 minutes of simulation with the same scenario still show very dark not even sunrise yet. OK now how do I change the scenery from dark to semi daylight or daylight at 7 a.m. on the program of Train Simulator 2016? Or have to accept the way DoveTail Games setup the simulation.

Any help with this?

I had the same thing happen on a different SS workshop scenario, I found in the editor that the clock was actually set to midnight, changed it to 1400 and all was well.
