Would anyone know how to edit the parameters on the interlocking bridge that is just north of Delta Jct.in Everett? It rotates in, then rotates back out just about the time the locomotives make it across...about 30-45 seconds. I wouldn't mind if it stayed closed permanently but I don't even know where to begin to look. I have RWTools so I can edit bin files, but I thought I'd ask before I got in too far. I'm trying to make the portion of the Bellingham Sub that goes up to Anacortes and the refinery. As you can see in the second pic the bridge has started to turn already.
