Train Maps Live plug-in question

Good afternoon everyone,
I've been watching videos with Train maps live plug-in and so I downloaded it. It's a great addition to Google Maps, but can't get it to stay on top of Train Simulator. I also installed TurboTop and it stays on top of everything else but Train Simulator.
In TurboTop you check what program you want on top and it works great. Railworks for some reason checks itself automatically so it stays on top.
Any solutions, or am I missing something?

So that was in full screen mode, It will stay on top if I'm in windowed mode. Is there a way to adjust windowed mode to fill the screen? Playing around with different adjustments.

Borderless window mode with the same resolution as your monitor's default.

Charcal thanks, when in borderless window mode I can't change the resolution. If I try another resolution it changes in the windowless mode ,but won't fill the screen.
